Loved having down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows, no need to ask for them beforehand. The host made me feel at home...
All good.

Dine at Lala Mesouda, situated very close to the venue, an experience to remember. The breakfast is simple, but savoury with tasty food...

The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with great recommendations and assistance throughout our stay. He even helped carry our luggage and showed us around the area, giving us a fascinating history lesson. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to the old city and its attractions. the panoramic view of the sunset and the nearby restaurants were a definite highlight.
The internet access at the reception was not as reliable as we would have liked. It was sometimes slow and inconsistent, which made it difficult to stay connected and communicate with friends and family.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Youssef. He went out of his way to help us with buying tickets and arranging transportation. the location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the main attractions of the city. the food served at the restaurant was delicious and the cocktails were fantastic.
On the negative side, the hotel could benefit from some renovations. the rooms felt a bit outdated and could use a fresh coat of paint.

We were warmly greeted by our host, who helped us with our luggage and gave us a tour of the old blue city. He provided us with valuable information about the history and showed us the best spots for a panoramic view of the sunset. The room was cozy and comfortable, with fast Wi-Fi and complimentary Moroccan tea. The breakfast was delivered to our room upon request, and the bed was perfect for a good night's sleep. our experience at Casa Meryem was fantastic and we would definitely recommend it.

We definitely got great value for our money at Casa Meryem. The room was fantastic, spacious, and super clean with comfortable beds. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town but still easily accessible by car. The staff, especially Youssef, treated us like family and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.
One small improvement could be adding more breakfast items for more variety. Everything else was perfect!
